Left Hand Shade – 9″ x 12″ Oils on canvas board

Just downstream from the falls, painted this from a so-so smartphone pic I took on a hot day last year. Gotta paint something! Been slacking so I’ve been cranking out quick small paintings for practice. Unfortunately painting seems to be a “use it or lose it” kind of skill.
